Job summary

A leading insurance firm is seeking multiple Client Service Managers for its Construction division. This role offers significant growth opportunities while managing large accounts. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of commercial insurance experience and a Level 2 license, alongside excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Level 2 insurance broker license or pursuing CIP designation.
  • Prior construction exposure is an asset.

Job description

Our client is looking for multiple Client Service Manager to join Construction division! The opportunity provides lots of room for growth and opportunities to work on large accounts. The ideal candidate must have Level 2 license and at least 5 years commercial insurance experience.

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively manages a book of business by reviewing clients’ exposures, gaps in coverage, and loss history and proposes appropriate coverages and/or solutions with Client Executive
  • Works with a Client Service Assistant to ensure all certificates of insurance are issued accurately and in a timely manner
  • Works with insurers to provide coverage solutions to better meet our clients’ changing operations and as new products are being offered
  • Maintains policy files and/or electronic files to ensure that they are organized and up to date
  • Participates in industry functions and targeted public relations activities

Requirements:

  • 5 years+ commercial insurance experience
  • Insurance Broker Level 2 License or working towards CIP designation
  • Prior exposure in Construction is an asset
  • Detailed-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills
