Job Description We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you will play a critical role in account renewal, growth, and servicing, while mentoring team members. Your responsibilities will include managing a designated Book of Business, ensuring timely renewals, fostering client relationships, and driving cross-selling opportunities to support organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the renewal process, ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines.
Maintain positive relationships with clients and underwriters to provide optimal solutions.
Respond to client inquiries, manage underwriting requests, and process transactions efficiently.
Supervise and mentor Customer Service Representatives, ensuring service excellence.
Provide administrative and operational support, including data management and account reconciliations.
Adhere to company policies and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Level 2 Insurance Agent License.
Membership in or working towards a CIP or CAIB designation is an asset.
4-7 years of experience in commercial account management.
3-4 years of experience in a team-based customer service role.
Proficiency with Agency Manager, Microsoft Office Suite, and related systems.
