We are looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join BrokerLink, working out of one of our branches in Western Ontario on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Commercial Insurance Account Executives
  2. Provide prompt customer service, including advice, insurance education, and addressing customer concerns
  3. Process incoming Commercial paperwork
  4. Assist with quotes, review coverage, and update customer files
  5. Prepare documentation for insurers, complete applications, and issue certificates
  6. Handle endorsements, invoices, and follow up on payments
  7. Communicate with insurance companies, negotiate with underwriters, renewal terms, and follow up on claims
  8. Source additional information requested by underwriters and complete applications

Qualifications:

  1. If you possess equivalent skills, please apply
  2. High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
  3. 2-5 years of office experience
  4. Commercial insurance experience is an asset
  5. RIBO License is an asset
  6. Exposure to Epic is an asset
  7. Previous sales experience is an asset
  8. Ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
  9. Strong analytical and organizational skills
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
