Commercial Account Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate must have Level 2 license and at least 5 years commercial insurance experience. Prior experience in E&O, D&O, and cyber would be an asset.

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Manage policy renewals, policy changes and cancellations
2. Maintain book of business for long term VIP clients
3. Communicate with Insurers regarding new business and renewal terms as well as other relevant information
4. Write and issue all bonds, glass policies and special events
5. Deliver exceptional client service resulting in high retention rate

Requirements:

1. 5 years+ commercial insurance experience
2. Insurance Broker Level 2 License
3. Knowledge of D&O, E&O Insurance or cyber is an asset
4. Detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills
