Commercial Account Executive

What You'll Do:
  • Develop, maintain, and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular outreach and on-site meetings
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and pricing strategies
  • Prepare tailored proposals and place accounts with appropriate carriers
  • Collect, organize, and assess customer data to recommend suitable coverages
  • Ensure policy compliance with underwriting and service standards
  • Arrange payment plans and monitor for timely collection
  • Provide guidance and support to clients during the claims process
What You Bring:
  • AIC Level I or II General Insurance License (or equivalent licensing)
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance
  • 3–7+ years in insurance, sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Solid working knowledge of industry software (EPIC preferred), Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve under pressure
  • Commitment to delivering a high standard of service
  • Ability to pass a background and credit check
