Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking a Team Lead to drive store success by delivering a positive shopping experience and building lasting customer relationships. You will participate in daily store operations, contribute to inventory management, and support eCommerce fulfillment while maintaining brand and visual standards.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help optimize sales, ensure excellent service, and lead with initiative in a fast-paced fashion retail setting across North America.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented.
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Demonstrates effective time management to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Loves to keep things organized; is a hands-on teammate, who takes a proactive approach to all tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention and service.
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset.
• Available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job summary:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Team Lead is contributing to your store success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, which will build and maintain meaningful and long-term relationships with each customer. In order to do so, you play an important role in the day to day operations of the store. You contribute to optimizing inventory management, and to increasing sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining the brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards & directives in the store. You also contribute to the management of the inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment. You are an integral part of the success of your store!
