Ideal candidates have retail leadership experience in fashion, a passion for fashion, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Has passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision‑making abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention and service.
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset.
• Available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
