Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as the Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, by providing leadership that optimizes sales results. You promote a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor and through digital platforms. You play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the store, contributing to inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards. You also assist in managing shipments, replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment. You are a key part of your store's success!

Qualifications

  • High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset
  • 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
  • Passion for fashion and customer-oriented approach
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency to adapt to changing business needs
  • Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively
  • Social media skills, mobile device proficiency, Microsoft Office or Open-Office
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
