We are seeking a Side loader Forklift or Combilift Operator to join the Receiving Department at our plant in Edmonton, AB. The operator should have knowledge of the safe operation of a Side loader forklift or a Combilift.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Operating a Side Loader forklift or a Combilift
• Completing checklists and paperwork accurately and promptly
• Maintaining a clutter-free work area and recycling waste daily
• Reporting unsafe activities or hazards

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• At least 2 years' experience operating a Side loader forklift or Combilift
• Valid Combilift operator's license or certification
• Experience in window and door manufacturing or warehouse operations is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Quick learner with good retention
• Effective prioritization skills in high-pressure environments
• Team-oriented and collaborative
• Proficient in English communication

Working Conditions:

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work primarily in a dusty and noisy production environment
• Move around the plant to maneuver products and gather information
• Work in an environment with open doors, drafts, and temperature fluctuations
• Floors may be slippery, cracked, or uneven during wet weather
• Potential exposure to hazardous materials and odors
