Job summary

Zenetec is seeking Collision Repair Estimators across Barrie, Aurora and Keswick in Ontario. You will assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate repair estimates, and identify opportunities to grow collision repair business.

You will communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians, ensuring documentation is complete and estimates are explained clearly. Training is available for motivated individuals with strong customer service and a willingness to learn.

Zenetec has been a trusted name in collision repair for over 30 years, with multiple locations across Ontario and a reputation for quality, integrity, and exceptional customer service. We are currently recruiting for Collision Repair Estimators across our Barrie, Aurora, and Keswick locations.

What You'll Do

• Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates while identifying opportunities to generate collision repair business.
• Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the repair process.
• Prepare and explain repair estimates and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Work closely with Collision Technicians to ensure repair plans are clearly communicated and repairs are completed efficiently and to quality standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally resolve customer concerns when required.
• Contribute to monthly sales and performance objectives.
• Collaborate with team members, mentor apprentices where appropriate, and assist with problem-solving.
• Participate in team meetings, company initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
• Support the Operations Manager in implementing new processes and attend ongoing training to enhance performance.
• Assist and provide coverage for the Repair Planner role as required.

• Previous collision repair estimating experience is preferred.
