Qualifications

• Two-year diploma in accounting, finance or business is required or equivalent.
• Experience with reporting and working with data.
• Experience in collections, accounting, or auditing/investigation is an asset.
• Strong proficiency in reporting.
• Excellent communication and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Support recovery collection activities and repayment arrangements with members.
• Manage fraud tips and reporting and assist investigations.
• Prepare reports that support business decisions and departmental objectives.
• Communicate with members, providers, and internal stakeholders; maintain records.
• Support continuous process improvements and audits within the team.
