Responsibilities
  • Manage daily collection activities and work closely with the Team Leader to accelerate payment realization, particularly through tracking and monitoring supporting documents from both clients and internal units.
  • Proactively collaborate with internal units.
  • Analyze collections data to identify trends, payment behaviors, and areas of risk or opportunity.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and reports to support collections processes and business intelligence.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to implement data-driven solutions and process improvements.
  • Prepare and present collection performance dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports for management.
  • Monitor and maintain customer account data integrity in internal systems.
  • Reconcile payments, disputes, and escalated issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in designing and implementing automated workflows for collection activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in collections, credit control, accounts receivable, administration, or analyst roles.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and SQL (ability to write complex queries, join tables, extract, and manipulate data).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
