This role provides critical support in the preparation, registration, and maintenance of collateral securities within National Bank’s Equipment Financing loan portfolio. As an Equipment Financing Collateral Securities Specialist, you will support high standards, risk management, and data integrity.

Your role:
  • Provide support for credit processing, including preparation, registration, and maintenance of collateral securities.
  • Maintain and improve processes for reliable credit support outcomes.
  • Meet SLA targets and uphold quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Manage collateral files and records.
  • Support team members through effective communication.
  • Foster client-focused relationships and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Conduct searches and registrations, prepare payout statements, maintain loan schedules, and perform ad hoc duties.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

Requirements:
