• 5 ans d'expérience minimum en gestion de projet.
• Diplôme de baccalauréat ou diplôme technique en ingénierie ou domaine pertinent.
• Bilingue Français et Anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
• Maîtrise de Word, Excel et Outlook.
• CAO et schémas de câblage (atout).
• Certification en gestion de projet (PMP ou CAPM) (atout).
• Expérience ERP NetSuite (atout).

Responsibilities

• Identifier les besoins des clients, estimer l’étendue et les coûts des projets et préparer des devis.
• Analyser les exigences client, recommander des solutions techniques et préparer des propositions détaillées.
• Gérer les projets de l’initiation à la livraison, planification, budgets et risques.
• Coordonner accords-cadres et documentation contractuelle ainsi que la facturation et l’intégrité des données.
• Maintenir une communication proactive avec les clients et identifier des opportunités de vente.
• Servir d’expert technique en transformateurs et référence interne pour les équipes commerciales, production et achats.
• Superviser les achats liés au projet et évaluer les performances des fournisseurs.
• Soutenir les équipes internes dans l’exécution du projet et la résolution des problèmes techniques.
• Participer aux réunions internes et contribuer à l’amélioration continue et à l’expérience client.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

The Project Manager acts as the central point of contact between customers, internal teams, and external partners. The role combines a sales-oriented approach, strong technical expertise in transformer components, and rigorous project management to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Identify customer needs, estimate project scope and costs, and prepare quotations.
• Analyze customer requirements, recommend appropriate technical solutions, and prepare detailed and competitive proposals.
• Manage projects from initiation through delivery, including planning, schedules, budgets, risk management, and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate master service agreements, contractual documentation, and project administration, including billing and data integrity within internal systems.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, ensure timely follow-up on requests, manage expectations, and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Act as a technical expert in transformers and as an internal reference for sales, production, and procurement teams.
• Oversee project-specific purchasing, evaluate supplier performance, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Support internal teams in project execution, resolution of technical issues, and process optimization.
• Participate in internal meetings and contribute to continuous improvement, service offering development, and overall customer experience.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree or technical degree in engineering or a relevant field.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design and wiring diagrams (an asset).
• Project management certification, such as PMP or CAPM (an asset).
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite (an asset).
