Job summary

Giant Tiger Wholesale in Brockville, Ontario is hiring a permanent Warehouse Order Picker (Freezer) to support our distribution centre operations. You will pick orders for over 270 Giant Tiger stores across Canada, load skids safely, and ensure accurate fulfillment within deadlines.

You’ll work a night shift, 11:30pm–8:00am, in a cold environment (down to -18°C). Training includes three days of paid machine certification, plus health benefits and a store-wide discount program.

Qualifications

• Must promote safety and comply with OSHA and WHMIS standards.
• Capable of standing, walking, climbing stairs, and repetitively lifting heavy objects.
• Comfortable in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
• Punctual, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work in cold environments up to -18°C.
• Complete three days of paid machine training and obtain in-house certification.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders to supply over 270 Giant Tiger stores across Canada with inventory.
• Pile boxes onto skids; ensure safe, secure, and accurate stacks.
• Lift boxes repeatedly up to 50 pounds; follow safety guidelines.
• Operate an electric double pallet truck to fulfill orders safely and efficiently.
• Match picked skids with outbound license plate numbers (OLPNs).
• Certify accuracy for all picked inventory and prepare orders for shipment on time.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Support other departments as directed by the supervisor.
