Join to apply for the Cold Storage Order Picker role at T & T Supermarket.

Reporting to the Warehouse & Distribution Operation Supervisor, the Warehouse & Distribution Freezer Picker is responsible for order assembly, picking warehouse merchandise based on customer purchase orders, and preparing them for distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer orders as a picker and assembler.
• Assemble orders and palletize products securely for shipment.
• Report damages and inventory discrepancies.
• Follow FEFO or FIFO inventory rules.
• Ensure picking accuracy regarding product and quantity.
• Meet warehouse productivity targets.
• Maintain workplace health and safety standards.
• Ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Valid Pallet Jack license.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to count and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work in cold environments (-20°C to 4°C).
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Stand for long periods, bend, and reach overhead.
• Work under deadline pressure with organizational skills.
