Job summary

SSP Canada is seeking a Tim Horton's General Manager at the Victoria International Airport (YYJ). The role offers a $68,000–$75,000 yearly salary, potential quarterly and year-end bonuses, and comprehensive benefits in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.

You will supervise Front/Back of House, ensure quality and safety, control costs, and lead the team, with duties including office management and budgeting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills, ability to work with executives and diverse teams, and a proven track record in conflict resolution.
