Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Victoria, BC is hiring a Coffee Bar Clerk at our Pandora location. The role involves preparing beverages, following recipes, and delivering a high level of customer service. You will operate the cash register and help keep the coffee bar well stocked and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Work at on-site coffee bar providing quality beverages and products.
• Follow recipe and presentation standards for all beverages and food products.
• Go the Extra Mile for customers and fellow team members.
• Operate a cash register.
• Share product knowledge with customers.
• Ensure the department is well stocked and presented.
• Ensure only the freshest products are displayed.
• Handle customer service inquiries and provide a positive customer experience.
• Clean equipment and work area to maintain a safe, sanitary environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Working at our on-site coffee bar providing quality beverages and products.
• Following recipe and presentation standards for all beverages and food products.
• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
• Operating a cash register.
• Sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
• Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Using a variety of equipment, including knives.

You have:

• Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).

$18.25 - $21.00 The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
