Job Summary

Coffee and Vending Attendant

The Coffee and Vending Attendant is responsible for the daily maintenance, stocking, cleaning, and reporting duties associated with coffee stations and vending machines throughout the premises. This position ensures all beverage areas are fully operational, hygienic, well-stocked, and aligned with the organization’s quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify product expiration dates and remove expired or waste items.

Sanitize and wipe down all equipment and surrounding areas, keeping them dust-free and hygienic.

Record arrival time at each location as part of accountability tracking.

Restock vending machines with beverages, snacks, and supplies as needed.

Conduct inventory checks and note items that need replenishment.

Review daily vending machine sales reports for performance tracking.

Identify and report any vending machine or area maintenance issues promptly.

Review coffee stock and create order sheets based on usage and forecasted needs.

Track and document usage of:

Coffee bags

Sugar

Nespresso pods

Clean and maintain coffee machines and milk dispensers daily.

Replenish stock of stir sticks, sugar, creamers, and other related supplies.

Keep coffee stations neat and free from dust and spills at all times.

Any other tasks assigned by designated manager.

Requirements:

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Attention to detail, especially with cleanliness and inventory.
