Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour, Plus Tips opportunity!

Purpose: The Cocktail Server is responsible for welcoming guests, accurately taking all food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely delivery to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing guests with menu, pricing, and allergen information
• Recognizing and cultivating regular guests and repeat business
• Taking and entering orders into POS system accurately and promptly
• Serving food and drinks according to specifications
• Replenishing stock during the shift
• Responding to guest concerns and resolving complaints positively
• Complying with safety, health, and liquor laws
• Handling payments and closing checks accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Performing opening, closing, and other assigned duties

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma preferred
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Valid Driver’s License
• 21+ years of age
• Minimum two years related experience
• Experience with POS systems, familiarity with beer and spirits
• Excellent communication and guest relation skills

Working Conditions: Indoor and outdoor environments, fast-paced, variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive movements.
