POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is looking for a Coating Machine Operator for the evening shift (3:15-11:30pm) at its Montreal, Quebec plant. The Coating Machine Operator is responsible for operating the automatic equipment that mixes coating solutions and coats printed circuit boards, ensuring that finished products meet production standards and tolerances.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Set up and operate the coating machine
• Prepare and coat a variety of PCB boards using standardized methods
• Optimize the daily use of production equipment
• Follow standard procedures and interpret manufacturing work instructions
• Verify and inspect general appearance of coated material
• Complete and maintain specific and accurate documentation on batch records

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• High school degree required
• Experience operating various types of machinery (coating experience is an asset)
• Proficient with computer applications

WHAT WE PREFER

• Knowledge of mechanics is an asset
• Strong quality focus required and detail-oriented
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn
