Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a coat check attendant for HISTORY Ottawa, a new Canadian venue with a capacity of up to 2,000. You will greet guests, manage coat handling, and maintain an organized, friendly service area during events.

Ideal candidates are dependable, patient, and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. This role offers the chance to contribute to memorable live experiences in Ottawa's historic venue.

  • Build relationships with management and team members.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

A state-of-the-art venue with a capacity of up to 2000 hosting over 180 concerts and private events annually. Responsibilities
  • Promptly greet and communicate with guests on coat check process
  • Hang and organize coats within a logical order and system
  • Return coats and items using the numerical order system to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Maintain and organize coat check area ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
  • Accurately complete paperwork referring to lost or stolen articles and follow up with respective parties if needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with management and team members
  • Additional duties as assigned or required

The expected compensation for this position in Ontario is: $17.60

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

Sits for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; stands and walks throughout the day; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
