Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Varsity Field Hockey Coach to lead and develop our high school field hockey program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coaching, development, and performance of the varsity team, as well as fostering a positive and competitive team culture. The coach will work with athletes to improve their skills, strategy, and teamwork while emphasizing sportsmanship, leadership, and academic success.

Experience

• Previous coaching experience at the high school level (preferred).
• Strong understanding of field hockey skills, strategy, and rules.
• Experience in leading a team to success in competitive environments.

Skills

• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and develop player skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
