Role Overview

For this exciting position, we are specifically targeting students who are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration or Commerce with a concentration in Human Resources or Marketing. The successful candidate must demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with individuals of a diverse set of backgrounds. Depending on the needs and location of the team, you will need to work PDT or MDT or relocate to a specific office (site-based).You must also currently be a student enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution and will be enrolled throughout the duration of the co-op term (you will also be returning back to the post-secondary institution once the co-op term is completed). Proof of a valid work permit will also be required, if applicable.

Key Responsibilities

Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures

Support system, processes and tools related to leadership development and training

Draft communications and training materials to support training programs and project work

Work independently on specific Talent Management projects as assigned

Help to track and develop metrics

Research and summary report writing

Follow up on various activities to ensure completion

Provide administrative support and other duties as required

Qualifications

Preference for a background in Bachelor of Business Administration or Commerce with a concentration in Human Resources or Marketing (Preference will be given to students in their third and fourth years)

Motivated self-starter with superior interpersonal and communication skills. Curious, adaptable and flexible, as well as open to learning and trying new things

Works collaboratively and uses a ‘customer centric’ approach when engaging others

Able to work under minimal supervision and be able to coordinate several tasks and / or projects simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Able to maintain confidentiality and a high level of integrity

Able to work well independently on projects from start to finish

Passionate about technology

Previous Co-op experience is an asset

Ability to write and communicate effectively in Spanish is an asset

Salary Range : CAD $4,000 - $5,100 per month
