As a People and Culture (P&C) 8-month term Co-op Student at the Ontario Energy Board, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, compensation and Benefits and Payroll. You will work closely with the People and Culture team to support the implementation and process mapping of P&C initiatives and contribute to creating a positive work environment for all employees.
The People and Culture team is responsible for all aspects of People and Culture management and other organizational service functions including labor and employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent management, succession planning and workforce planning as well as employee engagement.
