  • Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills.

About The Role

As a Learning and Development Student, you will support the creation and delivery of engaging digital and in-person learning experiences. You’ll also assist with curriculum development, project coordination, and initiatives that promote leadership, culture, and diversity across the organization.

This position is in-person and located in the charming town of St. Thomas ON. This is an 8-month term co-op placement for a University enrolled student in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and creation process of digital and in-person learning experiences
  • Prepare, observe and evaluate learning experiences
  • Support the research and development of campaigns to promote culture and diversity within our workplace
  • Assist with project tracking, including communication with stakeholders, internal customers, and external providers
  • Assist in curriculum and learning material creation
