Job summary

Info-Tech Research Group is seeking a Co-op Software Developer for Winter 2027 (January–April) in London or Toronto, Ontario, with remote or hybrid options based on location. You will contribute to production code within a product development team and learn from senior developers to strengthen technical and professional skills.

Key tasks include coding and testing with Ruby on Rails, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and designing technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a College Diploma or University Degree program with an active co-op component in Ontario.
• Some programming experience through academic, personal, or hobby projects.
• Ability to program in at least one language.

Responsibilities

• Completes development coding and testing using Ruby on Rails.
• Participates in sprint and feature planning sessions; analyzes product vendor requirements and helps design technical solutions.
• Participates in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to development standards.
