Job summary

BDO Canada in Calgary is seeking a Co-op or Intern Student to join the Personal Debt Solutions team from January to April 2027.

You will analyze client data, review income and creditor claims, and prepare reports while building positive relationships with clients.

This role offers hands-on insolvency experience within the CPC team and the opportunity to contribute to client success in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree/diploma in accounting.
• Desire to provide outstanding client service and teamwork.
• Proven leadership skills and initiative.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently utilize knowledge from courses to calculate and review income.
• Analyze client data, review financial information and creditor claims to prepare reports.
• Participate in other insolvency related tasks and support CPC team members.
• Build positive working relationships with clients and respond to requests and suggestions.
• Effectively communicate with team members regarding progress and issues.
