Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client meetings and scheduling, communicating professionally with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Demonstrate strong coordination and organizational skills, bringing together clients, internal teams, and multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Perform clerical duties such as preparing correspondence, photocopying, scanning, coordinating mass mailings to clients, and distributing internal mail within the office.
  • Perform data entry duties while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collect data, generate reports, and update various internal software systems.
  • Intake, organize, and maintain client data and information, including filing and storing information using iFirm and other BDO systems and tools.
  • Support professional and administrative staff with various tasks and requests as needed.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Opportunity

Our Wealth Management Team is looking for Co-op or Intern Students to join in January 2027 for a 4 or 8-month work term. This is a net new role and the successful candidate will own the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client meetings and scheduling, communicating professionally with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience

Your Experience And Education
  • You are pursuing an undergraduate degree

The expected salary range is $34,000 - $56,000.
