Kinaxis is offering a full-time 8- to 12-month co-op position in our Solutions Marketing Team in Canada. This role is hybrid, requiring three in-office days per week in Ottawa or Toronto, and pays 19.46–28.55 CAD per hour with final offers reflecting candidate skills and education.

The successful candidate will help create customer case studies, support marketing campaigns, and conduct market research while gaining hands-on experience at a top tech company in the supply chain space.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in senior years of or recently graduated from a Marketing or Business Analytics program – preference given to those in Masters or MBA programs
• Strong planning skills and ability to research effectively
• Passionate about learning and researching in a top tech company
• Enjoys talking to people across groups and levels
• Self-starter with initiative and curiosity
• Interested in gaining hands-on marketing experience in a leading Canadian tech firm

Responsibilities

Location

You must be in the Ottawa or Toronto office at least three days a week.

Term Duration

This is a full-time 8 or 12 month position, starting January 2027.

To be eligible for a Co-op or Intern position at Kinaxis, you must either be currently enrolled in full-time education or, if you are a recent/upcoming graduate, your graduation date must be within 12 months of the placement end date.

Compensation range

$19.46 - $28.55 hourly rate. The final offer within this range will reflect the candidate’s skills, year of education, and experience.

Things that would definitely help

• Previous experience with data analytics (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
• Understanding and knowledge of Agentic AI and LLMs
• Basic knowledge of marketing systems
• Exposure to any of these tools: Klue, Kompyte, HG Insight, Alphasense, Crayon, Clozd, or Gong.
• Existing knowledge about the supply chain industry
