This is an 8 to 16 months Full-time, Co-op employment opportunity starting in September 2025.

Job Scope

As a Co-op Firmware Engineer in Test, you will be part of a team designing and implementing automated test systems to verify software and firmware, as well as developing new test coverage and tools across different Operating Systems.

Responsibilities

1. Design and implement automated test systems on various OSs (Python, C/C++, Bash, SQL, Linux, Windows, Android).
2. Develop test plans and cases to improve test coverage of NETINT VPU products.
3. Maintain automated test systems and troubleshoot issues (software & hardware) identified by test suites or customer reports.
4. Develop test tools for product verification and debugging.

Qualifications

1. MS or BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
2. Proficiency in Python, C/C++, Bash programming.
3. Relevant work, co-op, or internship experience.

Desirable Skills/Experiences

• Experience with firmware debugging tools such as JTAG, emulators, scopes, and logical analyzers.
• Experience in video development or testing.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
