The role supports the Utilities Finance team with month-end close, reporting, inter-company reconciliations, and JV-related activities in a dynamic infrastructure environment. The position requires enrollment in a related accounting/finance co-op program and progression toward CPA/CGA/CMA/CA designations, along with strong Excel and MS Office capabilities.

The Utilities Finance team plays a critical role within Aecon’s Utilities sector, supporting the financial management and performance of projects and operations. The group is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost analysis, providing the insights needed to support informed business decisions. Working closely with project teams, operations, and leadership, Finance helps ensure strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and alignment with business objectives.

The expected pay range for this role is $21 - $23 per hour.
Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
