Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide general support to the EHS Shared Services team across various initiatives and projects.
• Assist with the coordination, collection, and organization of EHS data and reports.
• Support the preparation of EHS dashboards, presentations, and performance summaries.
• Assist in maintaining EHS systems and tools, including data entry and troubleshooting.
• Help track incidents, corrective actions, and other key safety metrics.
• Coordinate and support meetings, training sessions, and EHS-related activities.
• Help maintain EHS documentation, templates, and resource pages.
• Collaborate with projects, sectors, and shared services to improve EHS reporting and systems.

What is the Opportunity?

The Environment Health & Safety (EHS) Co-op Student will support the EHS Shared Services team in advancing environmental, health, and safety systems and performance initiatives across the organization.

This role will provide the student with exposure to many EHS functions, working with a variety of team members within Shared Services. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in EHS reporting, systems, program support, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a 4-month co-op opportunity beginning January 2027.

What You'll Do Here

• Provide general support to the EHS Shared Services team across various initiatives and projects
• Assist with the coordination, collection, and organization of EHS data and reports
• Support the preparation of EHS dashboards, presentations, and performance summaries
• Assist in maintaining EHS systems and tools, including data entry, organization, and basic troubleshooting
• Help track incidents, corrective actions, and other key safety metrics
• Coordinate and support meetings, training sessions, and other EHS-related activities
• Help maintain and organize EHS documentation, templates, and resource pages
• Collaborate with various teams (projects, sectors, and shared services) to support EHS reporting and system improvements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to EHS processes
• Other duties as assigned

This role follows a hybrid work model, combining in-office collaboration and flexibility, with an expectation of three days per week in the office.

The expected salary range for this role is $46,000-$48,000 per year

Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may includecertifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
