Qualifications

• Experience in research or engineering in computer networks or AI infrastructure.
• Expertise in AI infrastructure, HPC, or data-center networking (RDMA, routing, scheduling, etc).
• Experience in networking, data networks, software architecture, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creation and deployment of next-generation networking solutions for Huawei's AI and cloud infra.
• Analyze industry trends and strategies to identify technical challenges and shape a strategic roadmap.
• Maintain communication with academia and industry to ensure Huawei’s value is delivered.
