Groupe Dynamite’s GARAGE stores are seeking a Co-Manager to lead a team and drive an outstanding, fearless shopping experience. You will focus on recruiting, training, and coaching staff while building strong client relationships across channels.

You’ll maximize profitability by meeting sales targets and optimizing productivity, with flexibility to cover evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs shift. Its an energetic, growth-minded role at a growing brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion clothing, or equivalent management experience.
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented approach.
• Demonstrates problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Promotes participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices.
• Demonstrates flexibility and urgency in changing business environment with impactful ideas.
• Builds partnerships and prioritizes collaboration.
• Social media skills and device proficiency; MS Office or Open-Office.
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Available to work on a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
