Job summary

State in Vaughan, Ontario is seeking an Intermediate CNC Programmer to set up and program CNC machines used for manufacturing. The role involves Turret, Router, and Salvagnini operations with direct reporting to the CNC Programming Supervisor.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related fields and have 2+ years of programming experience, including Inventor. This on-site position offers permanent, full-time employment with a strong benefit package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Machining, Programming Science, or related area.
• Minimum 2+ years of programming experience; 2 years' Inventor experience is an asset.
• Experience with MultiCam CNC Router, AMADA Turret and Salvagnini equipment.
• Strong mathematical ability and geometry/calc skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and program CNC machines for manufacturing.
• Program MultiCam CNC Router and AMADA Turret and Salvagnini machines.
• Coordinate with Engineering for drawings and patterns.
• Update designs and programs for design changes.
• Quality control of produced parts.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by CNC Programming Supervisor.
