4. Maintain tight tolerances for high accuracy.
5. Monitor and adjust programs to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve CNC programming and machining issues.
7. Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures.
8. Stay updated with the latest CNC technologies and techniques.
9. Provide technical support and training to team members.

Qualifications
