HERD North America is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our Production Team at 2168 Springfield Road. You will operate, set up and maintain CNC tube bending machines, read blueprints, inspect parts, and participate in preventative maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced CNC Operator to join our Production Team. Your precision, technical expertise, and attention to detail help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Position:

CNC Machine Operator

Location:

2168 Springfield Road (no bus routes)

Shift:

Full-time, Night Shift, Sunday - Thursday, 10:30PM - 7:00Am

Wage:

Starting at $21.50+, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and maintain CNC tube bending machines.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct inspections and use measurement tools to verify product quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make minor repairs.
• Manage inventory of tools and materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, following all safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery is a strong asset.
• Strong technical skills, including reading blueprints and adjusting machine settings.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and measurement tools.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
