CNC Operator | DuraMag | Waterville, ME


Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt


What you'll do:

Use various fabrication machines to cut, shape, and form metal components for truck bodies.

  • Operate fab and machine shop equipment, including saws, brakes, and presses.
  • Read job specs to set machine adjustments and material requirements.
  • Inspect parts and measure workpieces for accuracy and quality.
  • Perform minor machine maintenance and remove burrs or imperfections.
  • Follow instructions and safety procedures while supporting team goals.



What you need to be successful:

  • High school diploma or GED
    required.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and
    truck spec documents accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and
    basic math skills.
  • Team player with good attendance
    and communication skills.
  • Able to follow instructions and
    retain fabrication processes.
