Job summary

Cabico is seeking a Production Machine Operator to join our Coaticook team in the Eastern Townships of Quebec. You will operate and monitor production equipment, perform basic adjustments, inspect parts for quality, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform basic machine adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
• Inspect the quality of manufactured parts according to established standards.
• Identify and report any production issues, defects, or equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct regular quality checks and complete required documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, productivity, and safety.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

More Specifically

• Starting wage: $23.36/hour
• Evening shift premium: $2.00/hour
• 40 hours per week
• Evening shift schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:45 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.
