Job summary
Husky Technologies TM is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain complex CNC machinery in our Bolton facility. You will ensure maximum uptime by addressing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, and by performing preventive maintenance as part of a rigorous program.
The ideal candidate has hands-on CNC experience, knowledge of control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma), and a proactive approach to reliability, safety, and continuous
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience maintaining CNC equipment in manufacturing.
- Hands‑on experience with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Okuma.
- Solid understanding of CNC machine control systems, servos, drives, and motion control technologies.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines (millturns, lathes, high speed mills, grinders).
- Maintain all machine subsystems (spindle motors, servo drives, ball screws, linear guides, turrets, tool changers).
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues in CNC machines.
