Job summary

Valiant TMS in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, is seeking a CNC Machinist – Vertical Milling to join the Tool & Gage team on a swing shift or steady night shift. You will set up and run 3-, 4-, and 5-axis VMCs, develop CNC programs, and ensure precision across jigs, fixtures, and gages.

We value experienced machinists who can read blueprints, program with Mastercam or Lemoine, and maintain high quality, dimensional accuracy, and safety standards while collaborating with colleagues to drive

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Programming knowledge of Mastercam or Lemoine.
• Strong safety focus with attention to precise machining.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis VMCs with tooling and fixtures.
• Load and secure raw materials and workpieces per setup specs.
• Create, modify, verify, and optimize CNC programs using G-code and CAM software; adjust offsets.
