We operate state-of-the-art CNC equipment and are hiring skilled operators to work on high-value components on the Day Shift, 7:30-4:00, with regular overtime and a comprehensive benefits package including RRSP matching, profit-sharing, education

Qualifications

• CNC machine operation experience (lathe preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).
• Strong attention to detail and reliability; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes in a high-precision production environment.
• Perform setups, tool offsets, and adjustments (based on experience).
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Maintain strict quality and tolerance requirements.
• Follow structured, well-defined machining processes.

Our parts operate in some of the most demanding environments in the world, where precision and reliability are critical. These applications include record-setting drilling motors, deep-sea exploration suits, search and rescue camera gimbals, the Canadarm2, and the Canadarm3.

We run state of the art CNC equipment with advanced process controls, enabling consistent, high-tolerance production. Our shop houses the most accurate Coordinate Measuring Machine in Canada, a top of the line Super Precision lathe, an ultra-high speed 5-axis mill, automated finishing, rotary grinding and more. As we expand, we are hiring skilled operators who want to work on challenging, high-value components using premium equipment.

What You’ll Work On

• Precision bearing components for aerospace, space, and defense systems, and oil & gas
• Tight-tolerance parts with repeatable, controlled processes
• Advanced CNC lathes (Fanuc and Okuma controls, Nakamura and Okuma equipment)
