Job description

Our client, located in Windsor, ON , has an immediate opportunity for CNC Machinists :

Shift – Steady Afternoon shift

Pay Rate : $25-35 / hr based on experience

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform each essential duty with precision and with little supervision
• Read process sheets, blueprints and / or sketches of part to determine final product
• Review specifications to determine set up procedure, machining sequence and dimensions of finished product
• Responsible for creating / proving / editing 2 / 3 axis programs
• Responsible for set-up / FAI / operation of 3 / 4 / 5 axis CNC machine tools
• Ensure effective production of quality parts by checking drawings or sketches, using gauges and other measuring equipment to verify parts

Qualifications :

5+ years experience in a Tool & Die environment

Experience in programming, setup, and operation of 3-5 axis machines

Experience programming with Lemoine and CAM-Tool

Experience with 5-Axis Haas and 3-Axis Fadal controllers an asset

Experience with check fixtures an asset
