Are you ready to build a future in advanced manufacturing ? Adecco, in partnership with the Work-Based Learning Consortium (WBLC) , is offering an exciting, no-cost upskilling opportunity to become a CNC Machinist Level 1 !

• Pay Rate : $25-$28 / hour to start
• Location : Red Deer, AB (Lacombe or Ponoka)
• Shift : Monday to Friday| 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM
• Job type : Full-time

What You'll Do :

As a CNC Machinist Level 1, you'll train to :

• Set up and operate Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machines.
• Read and interpret work orders and part drawings.
• Load programs into CNC machines and verify proper setup.
• Select and install tools / tool holders required for each production run.
• Position raw materials, castings, or semi-finished parts correctly on the machine.
• Monitor machine operations, detect issues, and take corrective action.
• Inspect and verify final products meet all quality specifications.
