This is a full-time, on-site CNC Laser and Punch Operator role based in Coquitlam, BC. The CNC Laser and Punch Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC laser and punch machines to produce precision sheet metal components according to engineering drawings and work orders. Day-to-day tasks include selecting and loading materials, performing machine adjustments, optimizing cutting and punching parameters, and inspecting parts to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards. The role involves routine maintenance of equipment, reporting any machine issues, and collaborating with team members in production, engineering, and quality to maintain efficient workflow. The operator is expected to follow all safety procedures, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to Lean Manufacturing and ISO 9001 compliance.
