A leading staffing firm in Burlington is looking for a CNC Field Service Technician to perform repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance on CNC machinery across the Greater Toronto Area. Job Title : CNC Field Service Technician

Job Description

As a Field Service Technician, you will receive a weekly work schedule for CNC field service work across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) focusing on repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks. You will be responsible for documenting service reports and ensuring the smooth operation of CNC machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance on CNC machinery across the GTA.
  • Document detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Collaborate with team members during service calls, which are typically a two-person job.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within the scheduled 8-hour workday, starting at 7 or 8 AM.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC maintenance and repair.
  • Proficiency in Siemens, Fanuc, and Heidenhein controls.
  • 433a Millwright License.
  • Mechanical and electrical skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with electrical systems.
