Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Cutter Grinder, located in the Grand Rapids Metropolitan Area. The CNC Cutter Grinder will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC grinding machines, maintaining equipment, monitoring the grinding process, inspecting finished products for quality, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Daily tasks will include programming CNC machines, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the team to optimize grinding processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machine setup and operation
• Knowledge of cutter grinding and tooling processes
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and equipment inspections
