This role is ideal for a licensed Aircraft Structures Technician ready to take their career to the next level. You’ll work on the iconic C-130J fleet and play a crucial role in Canada’s defense support operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform structural maintenance and modifications on C-130 aircraft.
2. Document all inspections, repairs, and tasks in compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
3. Adhere to all SOPs, QCPs, and TAMs while upholding top-tier safety and quality standards.
4. Provide guidance to junior techs and promote best practices across the hangar.
5. Ensure each aircraft is returned in safe, ready-for-service condition.

What You Bring

1. Transport Canada AME-S license or equivalent military certification.
2. Minimum 4 years of structural aircraft maintenance experience.
3. Clearance under the Controlled Goods Program (Canadian citizen or PR only).
4. Strong team player with mentorship capability and quality-focused work ethic.
