Job summary

All Nations’ Healing Hospital (ANHH) seeks two dedicated CLXTs to join the Lab & Diagnostics team. The positions report to the Lab & Diagnostics Supervisor and will perform full-scope laboratory, ECG, Holter monitoring, and medical imaging duties to detect, prevent, and manage physiological and pathological conditions.

The CLXT will work closely with ANHH, FHQTC Health Services, and the Saskatchewan Health Authority to deliver safe, accurate testing services and uphold Truth and Reconciliation

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved CLXT program.
• Licensed and registered by SACLXT.
• Must complete Immunology (IMMU193), Cardiac Markers (CHEM 1808), Blood Gases (CHEM 289) and Therapeutic Drugs and Drugs of Abuse (CHEM 1807) or be willing to complete
• Experience in a rural setting and with Indigenous clients is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-scope Laboratory, ECG, Holter monitoring and medical imaging duties.
• Collaborate with ANHH departments, FHQTC Health Services, and SHA to deliver safe, accurate, high-quality testing services.

Education

Graduate of approved Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technician program

Licensed and registered by the Saskatchewan Association of Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technicians (SACLXT)

Immunology (IMMU193) course completed

Cardiac Markers (CHEM 1808) course completed

Blood Gases (CHEM 289) course completed

Therapeutic Drugs and Drugs of Abuse (CHEM 1807) course completed

Experience in rural setting and with Indigenous clients (asset)
